Refund policy

Every piece is made by hand after you order it, so I want you to be happy with what arrives.

Changed your mind

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to return it for a full refund. You don't need to give a reason.

The item needs to come back unused and in its original condition. Return postage is yours to cover, unless the item is faulty or isn't as described. Where an item comes back showing signs of use or handling beyond what was needed to inspect it, I may reduce the refund to reflect the drop in value.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of the returned item reaching me.

Faulty or not as described

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or noticeably different from the photos and description, tell me and I'll cover return postage and put it right with a repair, replacement, or full refund.

This is separate from the 14-day window above and is protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, so it isn't limited by anything here.

How to return something

Email [YOUR EMAIL] with your order number and, if something's wrong with the item, a photo. I'll confirm the return address and next steps.

Please get proof of postage — until a return reaches me, it's your responsibility, and proof of postage is what protects you if it goes missing
